About us
Who we are
The Impact Society CIC helps people build the skills, confidence and connections to move forward in work and enterprise. We start with young people aged 16 to 25 who are not in education, employment or training, and we deliver programmes across London and Birmingham.
Too many people are written off before they have had a real chance. They have talent, ideas and ambition, but not the networks, guidance or opportunities to turn those into a future. We close that gap with practical, people-first support that meets people where they are.
One society. Four pillars.
Impact Futures – employability, enterprise and mentoring for 16 to 25-year-olds.
Impact Women – enterprise and career support for women of all ages.
Impact Men – support for men aged 25+ to get back into work, start something of their own and look after their wellbeing.
Impact Academy – training and consultancy for organisations.
As a Community Interest Company, we are committed to using our assets and profits for the benefit of the communities we serve.

Simeon Collins
Director and Lead Speaker
Simeon speaks from lived experience. He has been involved in gangs and drugs, survived being stabbed and shot, and served time in prison. Today he uses his story to show young people that their past does not have to decide their future.
His talks are honest, direct and grounded in real life. He helps young people recognise risk, rethink their choices and see that a different path is possible – and he is living proof of it.
Chanel Morrison-Jolley
Co-founder
Chanel is a Birmingham social entrepreneur who runs Media Madness CIC, delivering unique, quality provision for inner-city young people in Birmingham.
She is also the founder and Managing Director of For the Love of Scrubs Birmingham CIC, which she launched in March 2020, at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, to make and supply scrubs and essential PPE for NHS and healthcare workers.
