What we do

Practical support that opens doors

Our work is organised into four pillars. Each one combines employability skills, enterprise support and mentoring, shaped around the people it serves. We are launching with Impact Futures for 16 to 25-year-olds, with our other pillars following.

Impact Futures

Employability, enterprise and mentoring for 16 to 25-year-olds not in education, employment or training, across London and Birmingham.

Impact Women

Enterprise and career support for women of all ages. Coming soon.

Impact Men

Support for men aged 25+ to get back into work and start something of their own, with wellbeing built in. Coming soon.

Impact Academy

Workshops and consultancy for organisations that want to engage and support under-represented communities.

Mentoring

One-to-one guidance from people who have walked the path, built into every programme.

Partnerships

We work with employers, funders and community organisations to create real routes into work.
